- Importance of language learning – AmCham sees the promotion of foreign language learning as a priority. Marketable language skills are an indispensable condition for employment and successful work, and international companies need skilled, multi-lingual workers. It is important that the role and value of language learning for young people is not seen as a mandatory condition for admission or diploma, but for understanding the key role of foreign language skills, especially English, in daily work processes.
